Dignitary Protection Course (Armed – 2-day Course)
Fee: $250 per student
Date: Saturday, March 30th & Sunday, 31st, 2019
Time: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Location: DTTC Sylmar & Fort Angeles Private Range (Angeles Shooting Ranges)
1st day – This is an intensive course. Attendees will learn advance detail and defensive formation to protect a dignitary. Attendees MUST be physically fit to stand, walk and maneuver a dignitary in an event of emergency and evacuation. Attendees MUST bring note taking materials, drinks for hydration, lunch, and wear casual clothing (collared shirt, BDU or jeans, athletic shoes). Class is limited to 20 attendees.
2nd day – Attendees MUST be physically fit to perform the courses of fire under stress and in various shooting positions. MUST provide own pistol with concealment holster, at least 100 rounds of ammunition, 2-3 magazines with pouch, eye & ear protection, hydration drink, and wear casual clothing (collared shirt, BDU or jeans, athletic shoes). A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. Class is limited to 20 attendees.
